Decisions concerning Cliar Cu Buidhe are made by the Members of the household.
Our Members embrace a common spirit and demonstrate a willingness to be part of
the planning and work that it takes to achieve the goals of the group. All Members
of Cliar Cu Buidhe support the troupe's performances and activities, whether they
are performers, themselves, or not. Members wear a bronze house medallion to
signify their rank within the household.

- Opens the first night's feast with a toast, in the
tradition of the Highland Ceilidhs ("First story
from the host, and tales till morning from the
guest.")
- Makes introductions and opening comments
- Lights and presides over First Fire
- Leads bardic circles, both abroad and at Osd Cu
Buidhe
- Serves as Moderator of the Members' Meetings,
the last afternoon of war
- Handles camp problems of urgent nature
- Responsible for all musical arrangements used by
the performing troupe, recording and sale of
troupe CDs, and all managing tasks associated
with the Cliar Cu Buidhe troupe.

- Manages the Cliar Cu Buidhe web page and
Calendar of Events
- Assists Bard Elder with the activities of the
performing troupe, especially with those duties
associated with the troupe rehearsals and
performances; monitors the sale of troupe CDs

sponsors and understand the camp rules
