As prepared by Beathog, to serve 12:
Cook and drain 2 (20 oz.) bags of Fava Beans, which have been blanched and skinned). Slice onion thinly and cook in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cooked beans; heat and season with poudre douce spice powder, to taste.
